Cookie Notice

This notice explains what DeckMate stores on your device when you use the website and the app, and how you can control it. It sits alongside our Privacy Notice.

1. What we store, and why

Strictly necessary. Signing in sets an authentication token (Firebase Authentication) so you stay signed in. Your language choice and your cookie choice are remembered in your browser's local storage. The quoting tool keeps your draft quotes, rates and drawings in local storage and IndexedDB on the device so nothing is lost if the connection drops. None of this can be switched off without breaking the service.

Payments. If you subscribe on the website, Stripe sets its own cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention. Stripe's use is covered by Stripe's privacy policy. In the iOS app, payment goes through Apple's App Store and no payment cookie is set by us.

Analytics and marketing. DeckMate does not currently run third-party analytics or advertising cookies. If we add a measurement tool later, it will only be loaded after you choose "Accept All Cookies" in the banner, and this notice will be updated first.

2. Your choices

The banner on your first visit lets you accept all cookies or close it to keep only what is strictly necessary. To change your mind, clear this site's data in your browser settings and the banner will show again. You can block or delete cookies in your browser at any time; the sign-in and draft-saving features will stop working while cookies and site storage are blocked.
